About the role

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading FEA Analysis projects, utilizing software tools like Abaqus and ANSYS. The primary focus will be on conducting in-depth Finite Element Analysis to solve complex engineering problems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of simulation results.

What you'll do

Lead and manage fea analysis projects from inception to completion
Perform advanced simulations using abaqus and ansys software
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver accurate simulation results
Interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design improvements
Mentor and train junior engineers in fea analysis techniques and best practices
