About the role

The SAP BTP Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, monitoring, security, and operational support of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscapes. The role involves managing subaccounts, global accounts, integrations, user access, connectivity, cloud services, and ensuring platform availability and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Setup the BTP service and support the resolve BTP service outages and performance
  • Setup and support user access and authentication incidents
  • Setup and support integration between BTP and On-premises, Cloud application
  • Monitor HANA Cloud resource consumption
  • Coordinate with SAP support for critical incidents
