What you'll do

  • Lead Organizational Change Management strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Conduct stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement activities across business functions
  • Perform change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
  • Develop communication strategies, leadership messaging and employee engagement plans
  • Create training strategies, learning materials, role mapping and end-user enablement programs

What you need

  • 6–8 yrs of experience
  • SAP
  • SAP HANA
  • Employee engagement
  • BBA or B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
