Senior Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The consultant will support sales, service, marketing, and customer interaction processes while ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP CRM applications in a production support environment
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs
• Support CRM business processes including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center operations
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Configure and maintain SAP CRM functionalities based on business requirements
