Senior Technical Manager - C/C++ | Network Security & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers building key components of our next-generation Firewall and Network Security platform. You will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, and delivery execution, ensuring that your team produces high-quality, high-performance code for enterprise-grade networking systems.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of engineers (mix of senior, mid-level, and junior developers)
• Drive sprint planning, estimations, and execution tracking; ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
• Balance short-term goals with long-term technical sustainability
• Build a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and collaboration within the team
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members
