Senior Technical Program Manager - Financial Accounting & Reporting

About the role

In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, accounting rigor, and high-scale engineering. You will partner directly with executive stakeholders including the CFO team, Business Finance, Controllership, Actuarial, Data Analytics, and Core Tech teams to design, build, and deliver scalable finance tech solutions across all insurance lines.

What you'll do

• Program Strategy & Delivery Management: Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for the reporting portfolio
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, prioritize backlogs, enforce delivery accountability, and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks
• Define product events, sub-ledger posting rules, accounting schemas, multi-entity setups, exception-handling logic, and automated reconciliation criteria
• Hands-On Technical Investigation: Directly analyze transaction pipelines and financial data models using SQL, AI-assisted analytics tools, and financial models
• Troubleshoot data anomalies, trace root causes across upstream event streams vs. sub-ledger calculations, and drive resolution
