What you'll do

• Lead development and delivery of datacenter, AI infrastructure, rack management, and platform solutions from concept through customer deployment and production
• Drive cross-functional execution across software, firmware, FPGA, applications engineering, product management, security, and ecosystem partners
• Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive visibility across multiple strategic initiatives
• Partner directly with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to define requirements and drive successful solution deployment
• Lead customer escalations, technical task forces, and complex cross-organizational problem solving

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• FPGA
• Problem solving
• Any graduate
