About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Release Manager to join our Hyderabad office. This role will be responsible for managing all production releases across our enterprise platform and customer-specific solutions. Unlike traditional release roles, this position serves as a Technical Release Governor in a complex hybrid environment consisting of both multi-tenant products and multi-instance siloed environments.

What you'll do

  • Define, document, and enforce release management processes and standards
  • Create and maintain the release calendar , ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
  • Audit "Release Manifests" by validating steps such as SQL migrations or PDF template migrations, Temporal workflow versioning, Kafka schemas
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Facilitate formal "Go/No-Go" decisions by tracking a global checklist that includes technical and non-technical readiness
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
