About the role

Experience embedding security and compliance into pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, static analysis, secrets scanning, policy-as-code, approval gates and audit evidence generation. Experience designing golden paths, reusable engineering patterns, paved roads, self-service portals or platform APIs that improve engineering productivity while maintaining control.

What you'll do

  • Developer Experience / DevSecOps Engineer
  • Hands-on experience building and running CI/CD platforms, pipeline templates, reusable automation, self-service workflows and developer tooling
  • Experience embedding security and compliance into pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, static analysis, secrets scanning, policy-as-code
  • Banking or core banking platform experience
  • Experience working with Thought Machine Vault
