About the role

SHORTDESCRIPTION section. 1 of 6. SAP P2P SME is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP (ECC/S/4HANA). The role ensures stable AMS delivery, efficient procurement operations, and continuous service improvement across purchasing, inventory, and invoice management.

What you'll do

• AMS Support & Service Delivery
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM/P2P processes
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with SLA adherence
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Follow ITIL-based AMS processes
