Senior Technical Supervisor

About the role

To plan daily Manufacturing activity per norms of cGMP. To supervise Vial decartoning, Vial washing, Vial Sterilization, Vial filling and packing activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block. To check cleaning before start operation and carry out in process checks during manufacturing activities.

What you'll do

• Plan daily Manufacturing activity per norms of cGMP
• Supervise Vial decartoning, Vial washing, Vial Sterilization, Vial filling and packing activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block
• Arrange Raw material as per shift plan and planning for next shift material to make easy to perform manufacturing operation
• Maintain document (BMR) as per cGMP and also filled and maintain the daily, weekly, monthly record as per cGMP requirement and confirm in SAP
• Coordinate with RM stores Raw materials procurement in time
