About the role

This role is responsible for safe and reliable maintenance of elevator and escalator units within assigned routes and ensuring customer centricity and delight.

What you'll do

• Adherence to EH&S guidelines at all times. Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety
• Be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance & Customer Service for assigned units
• Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units
• Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix
• Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation

What you need

• 2–8 yrs of experience
• Maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• Diploma
