Senior Test Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Test Engineer to own and drive production test strategy across the full silicon lifecycle - from bring-up and characterization through Wafer Sort, Final Package Test, and into high-volume manufacturing. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize production test programs for new silicon products
• Build test methodology, coverage strategy, release criteria, and screening philosophy from the ground up
• Partner closely with design, DFT, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization, correlation, guardbanding, and test transfer into manufacturing
• Analyze test data to identify yield issues, systematic failures, escapes, and opportunities to improve quality and efficiency

What you need

• Any graduate
