Senior Test Specialist

About the role

The End-to-End Test & Release Coordinator will support Group Benefits major releases and strategic programs by coordinating end-to-end (E2E) testing across multiple business and technology teams. This role will also provide backup support for Release Management as needed.

What you'll do

• Coordinate E2E testing for major releases, including scope, scenarios, readiness, execution, defects, dependencies, risks, status, and completion/sign-off
• Coordinate across applications, QA, business, and other participating teams to keep testing activities on track
• Lead testing status calls, follow up on open actions, and proactively raise risks, blockers, and schedule concerns
• Maintain clear testing status and provide regular updates to Release Management
• Support E2E testing for large strategic programs outside of the normal major release process
