Senior Therapist

About the role

Hans Child Development Centre provides multidisciplinary services to children with special needs, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Speech & Language Impairment, Locomotor Disabilities, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. The Senior – Physiotherapy will lead and oversee the physiotherapy services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children with physical, neuromotor, and developmental challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead the Physiotherapy Department, ensuring delivery of quality services in line with best practices
• Conduct screening and assessments of sensory, motor, and neuromotor development
• Design and oversee individualized physiotherapy intervention plans
• Provide specialized therapy sessions to improve muscle strength, flexibility, posture, gait, and mobility
• Supervise and mentor physiotherapy staff, offering guidance & training on complex cases

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Documentation
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹7 L–₹8 L a year
