Senior Total Reward Analyst

About the role

This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, recruiters, and People & Culture team members by providing market intelligence, compensation analysis, and Total Rewards insights that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.

What you'll do

• Compensation Administration & Analysis Serve as a compensation resource for leaders, recruiters, and People & Culture team members in both India and the United States
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to support compensation decisions and salary structure development
• Conduct benchmarking and market pricing for new, replacement, and existing positions
• Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and retention situations
• Support administration of annual compensation, promotion, and bonus cycles for India and U.S. employee populations
