Senior Training Coordinator

About the role

Since 1981, we have helped leading companies transform their learning ecosystems while increasing the business value of learning. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate virtual corporate training sessions, workshops, and learning events.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule virtual training programs and workshops
• Host online training sessions and ensure smooth execution
• Assist trainers and participants throughout the session
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, audio/video, screen sharing, and participant access
• Manage LMS activities including enrolments, scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, and feedback

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Excel
• B.Tech or B.E.
