• Performs moderate customer and user experience research by conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Initiates and carries out comprehensive analysis and research activities, uncovers deeper insights
• Reviews and creates design solutions with a holistic approach, considers ecosystems and interdependencies
• Reviews and creates visuals and prototypes that articulate design concepts and interactions, refining them iteratively based on feedback received
• Applies creative expertise at a higher complexity project or program level, demonstrates a high level of content specialization within the domain
