Sr. UX Researcher (UXR-2-112026)

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity. You’ll plan and execute end-to-end research studies, work closely with product owners, and help define experiences used by thousands of professionals in the US.

What you'll do

• Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases
• Plan, conduct, and synthesise user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping
• Create actionable outputs like personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and research reports
• Proactively identify users to talk to—whether through clients, internal teams, or customer success
• Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs
