Senior UT Technician

About the role

The teams that support all this are called User Technology (UT). UT comprises autonomous teams that build and maintain everything needed to support our company mission.

What you'll do

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for both Windows and Apple environments
• Manage endpoint support, including expertise in Kandji and Intune
• Identify and suggest potential areas for improvement
• Document work thoroughly and create guides for fellow technicians and customers
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
