Senior UX Engineer

About the role

This is a UX role with deep engineering capability, not a traditional frontend engineering role. You will start with the customer problem and use design, code, and AI to turn ideas into exceptional production experiences. You will sit at the intersection of Design, Product, AI, and Engineering, helping us move from concept to high-quality implementation faster.

What you'll do

• Start with customer needs and translate design intent into thoughtful, high-quality working experiences
• Partner closely with Design, Product, AI, and Engineering to explore and ship new agentic interaction patterns
• Create workflows that help designers move from ideas and prototypes into production more effectively
• Close gaps between design intent and implementation through hands-on development and structured pre- and post-launch reviews
• Identify experience-quality issues earlier and help teams prioritize improvements faster
