Senior Vice President - Corporate Claims

About the role

Establish benchmarks, KPIs, SLAs, loss ? ratio targets, and quality thresholds across the claims lifecycle. Provide technical leadership for investigation, assessment, quantum determination, settlement strategy, and litigation management for high ? severity and complex claims.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the enterprise ? wide claims strategy for corporate and specialty lines
• Establish benchmarks, KPIs, SLAs, loss ? ratio targets, and quality thresholds across the claims lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership for investigation, assessment, quantum determination, settlement strategy, and litigation management for high ? severity and complex claims
• Monitor loss trends, early warning indicators, and portfolio health; recommend corrective actions to underwriting and risk teams
• Review and approve large and sensitive claims within delegated authority; align with reinsurers whereverrequired
