• Implement dynamic, driver-based budgeting and forecasting processes to adapt to market changes and business needs
• Leverage tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau for real-time scenario modeling and financial insights
• Establish and track KPIs using advanced dashboards and visual analytics, ensuring real-time performance monitoring
