  • Responsible for managing Regional/zonal commercial all claims i.e Fire, Eng, Marine & Misc pertaining to Corporate & retail business group
  • Settlement ratio- Claims disposal
  • Grievance resolution as per company standard. Ensuring quality claims servicing to customers as per company norms/philosophy
  • Leading the team & guiding on technical & non-technical aspects related to claims management
