About the role

You'll take a brief from idea to delivery, and build the systems that let us produce at volume without losing quality.

What you'll do

• Take footage from rushes to finished film — edit, grade, sound, motion graphics and titles — and deliver it correctly versioned for every platform we run
• Create performance ads for Meta and Google. Volume and turnaround matter as much as craft
• Build AI into the pipeline where it genuinely earns its place
• Shoot for in-house social content regularly

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Video editing
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Motion design
• Storytelling
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Photoshop
• Figma
