Senior Visual Designer / Creative Lead

About the role

The Designer will be the creative force behind TransPerfect's visual identity — crafting brand assets, performance-driven ad creatives, landing pages, and UI/UX experiences that resonate and convert. This role blends brand design with marketing ads and UI/UX, translating complex concepts into visuals that connect instantly across digital and offline touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Design high-impact ad creatives, social media assets, and performance marketing campaigns optimized for conversion
• Create landing pages and web experiences with strong UI/UX principles that drive engagement and user action
• Develop marketing collateral including pitch decks, brochures, infographics, presentations, and sales materials
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategies into compelling visual narratives
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for brand consistency and efficiency
