Senior Workday Administrator

About the role

The Senior Workday Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, optimization, and governance of the Workday platform. As the organization's primary Workday expert, this role oversees security, integrations, reporting, and business process configuration while driving continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

What you'll do

• Serve as the organization's primary Workday expert and system owner, responsible for platform governance, optimization, and overall system health
• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into scalable Workday solutions and a long-term roadmap
• Design, audit, and improve Workday business processes to enhance efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience
• Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle
• Security, Integrations & Compliance

What you need

• Workday
