About the role

Bring a strong product mindset to HR technology — turning business problems into scalable products and frameworks, including Jira-based HR service desks, Rovo Agents and AI-enabled employee/HR experiences, and continuously improving them based on user needs and business value. This is a must-have for the role.

What you'll do

• Join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team as a bridge between HR and technology — deeply understanding how HR works end to end and translating business…
• Then help take those solutions from idea through design, build and implementation — using our HR technology landscape, automation platforms and AI

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
