About the role
We are looking for a Senior Workday Staff Engineer to serve as Arrive's internal Workday authority. This is a hands-on technical configuration and solution architecture role — not product ownership or project management. The successful candidate will own best-practice standards across all Workday modules, drive cross-module impact analysis, and translate complex business outcomes into scalable, well-governed technical solutions.
