Senior Workflow Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Workflow Coordinator, Corporate Secretarial APAC, is responsible for coordinating and supporting the efficient delivery of corporate secretarial, governance, compliance, and entity management services across the APAC region.

What you'll do

• Support the management and delivery of corporate secretarial services for APAC and India-based clients
• Coordinate client requests and ensure timely completion of corporate secretarial deliverables across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor workflow allocation, service delivery timelines, and operational performance
• Maintain oversight of ongoing client matters and escalate issues where appropriate
• Support client relationship management and ensure a high standard of client service

What you need
