Together, we advance your career. We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with Microsoft Azure expertise to support cloud-connected and hybrid infrastructure services used by AMD Fleet Services.

What you'll do

Monitor and support approved Azure services and hybrid dependencies used by in-scope Fleet Services operations
Investigate cloud-related incidents using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, activity logs, resource health, metrics, alerts, and configuration state
Support operational health of Azure virtual machines, subscriptions, resource groups, managed identities, access controls, storage, networking
Create and maintain cloud SOPs, diagnostic procedures, escalation criteria, architecture references, and ticket-evidence standards
Use infrastructure-as-code and automation to improve repeatability, configuration consistency, monitoring coverage, and operational recovery
