About the role

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing system configurations, developing and maintaining workflows, providing technical support to end-users, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance ServiceNow capabilities across the organization.

What you'll do

• O Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, access control, and role assignments. \\r\
• Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, and patches. \\r\
