IBM iSeries AS400 L2 Administrator / Application Support Engineer High Availability solution implementation and testing
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 support for IBM iSeries (AS/400) environments and resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, capacity, and availability
- Perform OS upgrades, PTF installations, system maintenance, and version management
- Execute and validate system backups, IPL activities, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery testing
- Administer system security, user profiles, access controls, and auditing processes
What you need
- 6–11 yrs of experience
- Mainframe
- Power systems
- Root cause analysis
- SOP writing
- Any graduate
Good to have
- ITIL
