About the role

Qualcomm India is seeking a Storage and Backup engineer, Senior with 4 to 6 years of experience in managing multi-vendor large scale Storage and Backup systems. Proficiency in storage technologies which include NetApp, Dell, Pure, VAST and Backup systems including Cohesity and Networker. This person will be a member of a global 24/7/365 IT infrastructure operations team focused on enterprise Storage, backup, and recovery.

What you'll do

• Provides T1/T2 support to the storage and backup technologies infrastructure
• This is an on-premises position
• 24/7-hour on call participation
• Monitor and troubleshoot service availability, capacity, and reliability
• Efficiently handle performance issues on storage and backup systems

What you need
