About the role

The Nintex Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing support for the organization\'s Nintex platform landscape, including Nintex for SharePoint, Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC), and associated integrations.

What you'll do

  • Incident & Service Request Management
  • Provide L2/L2.5 support for Nintex for SharePoint and Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow execution failures and application-related incidents
  • Investigate workflow configuration issues, logic failures, and user-reported problems
  • Support end users and business teams in resolving workflow-related issues
