About the role

The role will focus on driving proactive IT operations, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) improvements, automation, and self-healing capabilities to enhance service quality and reduce operational effort. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority for the Nexthink platform, defining architecture standards, developing enterprise automation frameworks, and leading Digital Employee Experience initiatives.

What you'll do

• Nexthink Architecture & Platform Leadership
• Lead the architecture, design, deployment, implementation, and optimization of the Nexthink Infinity Platform
• Define platform governance, architectural standards, scalability, and best practices
• Act as the primary SME for Nexthink Architecture, Infinity Platform, Engage, Act, and Flow modules
• Drive enterprise-wide DEX transformation initiatives and strategic roadmap development
