About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Level 3 (L3) Engineer to support and manage the Mercedes Benz enterprise network landscape under HCLTech\\\'s Managed Services engagement. The role demands deep hands-on expertise across Cisco & HPE/Aruba LAN/WLAN, Cygna Labs and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and the ability to design, deploy, and operationalize Cisco DNAC and Aruba Central platforms during the transition phase.\\r\

What you'll do

• LAN / WLAN Operations (Cisco & HPE/Aruba)\\r\
• Provide L3 support for Cisco Catalyst 9K/6K/4K, Nexus, Cisco WLCs (5508/5520/9800), Cisco APs, and HPE/Aruba switches, Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba APs
• Own root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and permanent fix implementation for P1/P2 incidents in a dual-vendor environment (~90% Cisco, ~10% HPE/Aruba).\\r\
• Support the Traditional 3-Tier Architecture (Category A), Collapsed Core with Service Layer (Category B)
• Manage localized WLC deployments, RF design tuning, capacity planning, roaming optimization, and guest access solutions (Captive Portal with Username/Password
