Server Admin L2 Support

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, overseeing Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, driving Level 2 (L2) incident resolution, and leading a team of data center technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you'll do

• Drive incident management and service delivery: Handle Level 2 (L2) technical escalations, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex issues
• Ensure operational continuity and team leadership: Direct and mentor a team of data center technicians, execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Linux
• ITIL
• Troubleshooting
• Shell scripting
• VMware
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
