About the role

As a Service Account Operations professional, you will be the backbone of the merchant lifecycle at Paytm. You will manage the backend operations for high-value service accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and ongoing service excellence. Your goal is to bridge the gap between business

What you'll do

• Merchant Onboarding & Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end onboarding of
• Service accounts ( QR/EDC services). Ensure all KYC, AML, and regulatory
• Documentation is compliant with RBI guidelines
• (KAMs), Product, and Tech teams to resolve complex merchant queries and
• System bugs within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
