Service Advisor

About the role

A Service Advisor is the link between the customer and the workshop, making sure the customer's vehicle is serviced properly and the customer is satisfied. Ask about the vehicle's problems and service requirements. Explain the required repairs and estimated cost to the customer. Coordinate with technicians and the workshop.

What you'll do
