About the role

Own and manage employee queries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Monitor and raise requests received via QR, ServiceNow (SNOW), and email for observations Proactively collect feedback from professionals to improve office experience and event delivery. Conduct regular floor rounds to validate office upkeep, safety, and readiness standards.

What you'll do

• Monitor and raise requests received via QR, ServiceNow (SNOW), and email for observations
• Conduct regular floor rounds to validate office upkeep, safety, and readiness standards
• Perform pre-meeting/event readiness checks to ensure spaces are clean, set, and fully functional
• Provide real time meeting space support based on requests from professionals
