About the role

As a Service Assurance Technician , you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents through resolution, and ensuring a stable, resilient, and high-performing network environment.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution
  • Perform technical validation, troubleshooting, and escalation management
  • Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues
  • Configure network devices and support service migrations
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and drive preventative actions

What you need

  • 2–5 yrs of experience
  • Customer service
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • Firewalls
  • iOS
  • CCNA
