About the role

As a Team Manager in our Service Center, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding a team to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

  • Establish and maintain a strong HSE and quality culture within the team
  • Manage and develop team capabilities to support the overall Service strategy
  • Lead the team by providing clear direction and ensuring that employees perform with a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports while ensuring effective competence development
  • Manage performance issues within the team appropriately and promptly
