About the role

The BDO Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Blue Dart Offices (BDOs) across the assigned non-metro territory, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Timely completion of BDO visits, Closure of action items, Operational review compliance
• Team & Contractor Management
