Service Delivery Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Leader with 20+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, performance management, and digital finance transformation. This role is part of the Finance Leadership team and will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing key strategic decisions and driving long-term value creation.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct end-to-end financial planning including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts
• Ensure alignment between financial strategy and organizational goals
• Act as a key advisor to CXOs and business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to support growth strategies, investments, and transformation programs
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights
• Oversee enterprise performance tracking for revenue, cost, margin, and profitability
