What you'll do

• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP)
• Oversee external financial reporting (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, annual reports) and ensure compliance with SEC or other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process
• Record to Report (R2R) Oversight
