What you'll do

• Service Delivery Management Oversight of customer onboarding and service transition
• Own the customer relationship and act as the customer’s key contact for your assigned customers
• Act as a service escalation point for internal and external teams (e.g. during major incidents.)
• Prepare and deliver Monthly Security Service Reviews (MSSRs)
• Collaborate with wider account team(s) to deliver strategic initiatives

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• ISO 27001
• OWASP
• Customer success
• AWS
• GCP
• ITIL
• Any graduate
