About the role

The Field Service Engineer will install and support service for Robotics System and other Capital Equipments to ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled. Exceed customer expectations and maintain customer satisfaction at the highest possible level.

What you'll do

Pre-Site verifications to prepare site for remote connection and system installations
Assist in coordination of system delivery (e.g. confirming site readiness)
Perform system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for installed Robotics’ systems following global guidelines
Installation all system updates & upgrades
Provide technical support to end users
