  • Verification of Constitutional documents (MOA, Partnership Deed, etc.), Authorisations (BR, Partnership, Letters, etc.) for availing facilities, creating security
  • # Capability to check the original property documents submitted by the mortgagor at the time of mortgage creation in terms of Mortgage Deed / TSR
