About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Deep technical expertise in repairing and commissioning Electro-Hydraulic, Pneumatic Actuators Experience handling customer service activities Opportunities to work with after sales service & revenue generation within the precision & pneumatic components industry Attractive compensation package, flexible holiday policies

What you'll do

• Lead the Customer Service function and keep service activities organised
• Oversee site execution plans for installation, testing, commissioning of Actuators
• Track service requests and share clear updates with customers
• Drive product improvements by systematically documenting recurring field failures, design flaws and system failures
• Track and optimize the total cost of servicing, maintaining tight control over operational expenses
